Who pays for the meeting spaces?

Sponsors fully fund Pebble meeting pods, allowing venues and guests to benefit without any cost.

What sizes do Pebble meeting pods come in?

Pebble offers single-person pods (44” x 44”) for private calls and focused work, as well as multi-person pods (44” x 90”) that accommodate 2-4 people for collaboration and meetings.

Are Pebble’s pods soundproof?

Yes, Pebble partners with top-of-the-line manufacturers who use premium acoustic materials that provide up to 30 dB of soundproofing, ensuring privacy for meetings, calls, and focused work even in high-traffic environments.

Do hotels need to pay for Pebble pods?

No. Pebble pods are fully sponsor funded. There are no capital costs or installation fees for the hotel.

What is required from hotel staff?

Pebble is designed to be low touch. Hotel staff only need to provide light cleaning between guest sessions. All technical support, installation, and sponsor management are handled by the Pebble team.

How are Pebble pods used by guests?

Guests scan a QR code to book a pod. They receive a text message with a unique access link to unlock the pod and begin their session instantly.

Do Pebble pods replace a hotel’s business center?

No. Pebble pods complement existing amenities by providing a modern, soundproof alternative for virtual meetings, calls, and focused work. They are especially helpful for guests who prefer privacy beyond public business center areas.

How do sponsors fit into a hotel deployment?

Pebble manages all sponsor relationships. Sponsors gain visibility through branding on the pod exterior, interior screens, and within the guest booking experience. Hotels share in the revenue generated by each sponsored activation.
